Dr. Lisa Littel DACM, MSTOM, CA
Dr. Lisa Littel holds a Doctorate in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine (DACM) and a Master of Science in Traditional Oriental Medicine (MSTOM), and completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Wisconsin–Madison. With over 18 years of clinical experience, training in New York, San Diego, and Chicago, and advanced training in cosmetic acupuncture in New York and Colorado, she specializes in women’s health (including fertility, pregnancy support and hormone balance), digestive health (IBS, IBD, abdominal pain, and constipation) and natural facial rejuvenation.
Dr. Littel brings a compassionate, root-cause approach that blends Traditional Chinese Medicine with advanced functional wellness testing to uncover hidden drivers of health challenges. She believes healing begins in the gut and recognizes the powerful connection between the digestive system, hormones, and skin health — understanding that true, lasting beauty is a reflection of internal balance. Her clinical focus centers on identifying issues such as hidden infections, food sensitivities, inflammation, and hormonal imbalances that can influence overall wellbeing, health and vitality.
Through acupuncture, herbal medicine, and functional labs (including GI MAP and Dutch testing), along with personalized nutrition and supplement plans, she supports individuals through IVF and IUI, pregnancy loss, natural conception, menopause, complex digestive concerns, and those seeking to age gracefully while enhancing their natural radiance.
Her work is both scientific and holistic, recognizing the connection between physical symptoms, emotional health, and the nervous system. Dr. Littel is committed to individualized care that helps patients restore balance, feel at home in their bodies, and cultivate vibrant health and natural beauty from within.
